HOW ARE TRANSACTION FILES MEASURED?

*We use an estimate of 50kb per page on average, with an average transaction containing 100 pages. Your files may be larger or smaller, but for estimation your specific storage need, please contact us and we can help.

CAN I CHANGE PLANS AS I GROW?

Yes, you can upgrade as your storage needs change. Keep in mind that as your retention date on files mature, you can purge them from the system in order to make room for new files.

WHAT ARE THE STARTUP COSTS?

We send you a pre-configured PC and state the art document scanner. These have been tested prior to being sent to you. The hardware and solutions configuration startup costs are $2,500.

HOW DOES DOCUMENT RETENTION WORK?
